Management Associates Program (MBA)

MasterCard’s Management Associate Program is a General Management Program focused on attracting and developing talent with the right skills and potential for future leadership in the areas of finance, product management, marketing, sales, technology, franchise management and human resources.

The program is rotational in nature comprising of three six-month rotations across businesses or regions with final placement after 18 months in roles that offer leadership development, challenging assignments, and that address business needs. Our goal is to develop associates by building breadth of knowledge and skills with broad cross-functional and geographic exposure.  

We are looking for talented second-year MBAs who demonstrate:

  • Strong evidence of leadership potential
