Integrated cardholder service functions

Portfolio Viewer handles a robust set of cardholder and customer service representative (CSR) functions, including cardholder inquiry and maintenance, transaction history, card sales, prepaid card loads, fraud management, inventory management, exception processing and reporting, and more. This comprehensive view allows cardholder calls to be resolved in minutes from one central screen. Portfolio Viewer is also integrated with MasterCard interactive voice response (IVR) for a CSR opt-out model.
